Exact dose times
Previously, reminders were set by dose slot — morning, afternoon, evening. Now you can specify an exact time for each dose. If your cardiologist prescribes a beta-blocker at 08:00 and a diuretic at 12:00, Looms fires the reminder at precisely those times.
For medications that must be taken with food, you can add a note that appears with the reminder — reducing the chance of a missed dose caused by misremembering the instructions.
Streak tracking
The new streak display shows how many consecutive days you have taken each medication as prescribed. For patients managing long-term conditions, the streak becomes a quiet motivator — and a useful record to share with your doctor at a review appointment.
Smart refill alerts
Based on your prescribed daily dose and the quantity dispensed, Looms now estimates when your supply will run out and sends a refill reminder five days before that date. The alert links directly to your prescription details for easy renewal.
