Clinic owners often know what they earned last month but have little visibility into why — which services drove revenue, which time slots underperformed and which patients haven't returned in over a year. The Looms Revenue and Reporting module answers those questions, with the data structured to drive action rather than just inform.
Five core reports
The reporting module launches with five pre-built reports, each configurable by date range, doctor and service category:
- Revenue by service: breakdown of income by appointment type, procedure and package
- Appointment performance: fill rate, cancellations, no-shows and average consultation duration
- Patient retention: first-visit to return-visit conversion, time between visits, lapsed patient identification
- Payment method analysis: card vs cash vs insurance vs installment plan
- Outstanding invoices: unpaid invoices by age, patient and amount
Exporting reports
Every report can be exported as a formatted PDF for sharing with clinic owners, or as a CSV for import into accounting and clinic management software. Scheduled exports — weekly or monthly — can be configured to send automatically to a specified email address.
