The average GCC patient has health records scattered across four or five different providers — paper reports in various formats, digital results from hospital portals, phone photos of discharge summaries, emails from labs. Looms centralises all of it, in one place, searchable, and accessible from any device.

What you can upload

Any medical document can be uploaded to Looms: lab results in PDF or image format, radiology reports and imaging, prescriptions and discharge summaries, referral letters, vaccination records, specialist clinic notes and any other document related to your health history.

The upload interface accepts PDF, JPEG, PNG and HEIC formats. Documents can be uploaded from your device camera, your photo library or your files app.

Organisation and search

Uploaded documents are automatically categorised by type based on their content. A blood panel PDF is categorised as a lab result. A radiology report is categorised as imaging. This automatic categorisation can be corrected manually if the AI makes an error.

The search function allows you to find any document by keyword, date range, provider name or document type.

Lifetime storage

Looms stores all uploaded documents indefinitely. There is no storage limit and no automatic deletion. Your documents are yours, and we keep them for as long as you need them.
