Population health view
Center Analytics provides aggregate views of the clinic's patient population: age and gender distribution, prevalence of the ten most common diagnoses, average HbA1c and blood pressure trends across patients with relevant conditions, vaccination coverage rates and screening completion rates.
This data is strictly aggregate — no individual patient data is visible in the analytics view. Clinics see patterns, not individuals.
Operational metrics
Alongside clinical population data, Center Analytics covers operational performance: staff productivity, appointment utilisation by doctor and time slot, no-show patterns and average revenue per patient per year. These metrics are designed to support capacity planning and staff scheduling decisions.
