After six months of private testing with 200 clinics and their patients, the Looms web app is now open to all patients and medical centers in the UAE. This is the beginning — not the finish. There is still much to build, and we're opening to the public because the best way to understand what patients actually need is to serve them.
What's available at launch
The public beta launches with a core feature set covering the most essential patient and clinic needs:
- Patient health profile with conditions, allergies and medications
- Medical record upload and secure storage
- QR-verified document issuance for connected clinics
- Appointment booking with real-time availability
- AI analysis of uploaded lab results
- Record sharing via secure link or QR code
- Emergency Card with offline access
Joining the beta
Any UAE-based patient can sign up at looms.app. Registration takes under three minutes. For the first 30 days, a dedicated support team is available via in-app chat to help with any questions. Clinics can apply for onboarding through the 'For clinics' section — our onboarding team processes applications within 48 hours.
