Every clinic has its own language. Diagnosis codes that reflect the conditions they treat most. Allergy categories that matter to their patient population. The Looms Setups module gives clinic administrators the tools to define and manage that master data — and to deploy it consistently across every staff member on the platform.
What you can configure
The Setups module covers four categories of master data:
- Diagnosis codes: customise the diagnosis code library with your clinic's most commonly used codes and preferred terminology
- Allergy categories: define allergy types with severity grading and default cross-reactivity alerts
- Procedure kits: bundle consumables and medications into named kits that can be selected during patient encounters
- Supply bundles: group frequently ordered supply combinations for one-tap ordering in the inventory module
Defaults and customisation
Looms provides a set of clinically reviewed default entries in each category, appropriate for general practice. Clinics can use these defaults, modify them or replace them entirely with their own master data. Changes to master data apply immediately to all staff members on the clinic account.
