When we closed our Series A in June, we set an ambitious hiring target: 60 new team members before the end of the year. We've achieved it, and the team that has joined is extraordinary. Here's how the organisation has grown and what it means for the product.

Engineering and AI

The largest investment has been in engineering. We've added 28 software engineers, 6 machine learning specialists and 4 infrastructure engineers — more than doubling our technical team. The ML team in particular has accelerated our AI roadmap significantly: the lab analysis, radiology interpretation and health recommendations features that launched this year were built by this team.

Clinical and product

We added 8 clinical product managers — professionals with clinical training who bridge the gap between medical practice and software development. This team has been instrumental in ensuring our AI features are clinically sound and that our user experience reflects how patients and doctors actually think about health data.

Commercial

A team of 14 commercial leads — clinic partnership managers, enterprise sales specialists and customer success managers — has expanded our clinic network and improved the onboarding experience. Average time from clinic sign-up to first live appointment is now under two hours.

40 more roles

We're not done. Forty additional roles are opening before year end, spanning engineering, clinical operations and commercial. All open roles are listed on the Looms careers page.
