Looms is a platform — and platforms are most useful when they connect to the other services their users rely on. The Looms Partner Programme is our formal invitation to labs, pharmacies, imaging centers and diagnostic providers to integrate directly with the platform, creating a seamless experience for patients who use both their service and Looms.
What integration offers partners
Partner integration allows a lab or imaging center to issue results directly into a patient's Looms account — with QR verification and the partner's logo embedded in the document. The patient doesn't need to upload the result manually, and the partner doesn't need to manage a separate patient portal.
For pharmacies, integration enables real-time prescription verification and automatic dispensing status updates in the Looms prescriptions section.
Technical integration
Looms provides a documented API and a sandbox environment for integration development. Partners with existing lab information systems or pharmacy management software can typically complete integration in two to four weeks. Partners without existing systems can use the Looms partner web portal to issue records manually.
Applying to the programme
Labs, pharmacies and imaging centers in the UAE can apply to the Looms Partner Programme at looms.app/partners. Applications are reviewed within five business days, and approved partners are assigned a dedicated integration support contact.
