We enter 2026 reflecting on what 2025 produced: 850,000 active patients, 400 connected clinics and a platform that processed over 12 million health record interactions across the GCC. These are not just numbers — they represent real people managing real health decisions with better information than they had before.
The patients behind the numbers
Our most active patient demographic in 2025 was adults aged 35–55 managing at least one chronic condition. This is a group with high healthcare engagement and high frustration with fragmented records — and they have become Looms' most vocal advocates.
The fastest-growing demographic was adults over 60 who were introduced to Looms by an adult child managing their care. Family Hub was built for exactly this use case.
The clinics driving impact
The clinics with the highest patient engagement scores share a common characteristic: their staff actively recommend Looms to patients during appointments. The technology is only as effective as the human introduction. Clinics that integrate Looms into their patient education process see three times the patient activation rate of those that rely on passive sign-up.
What's next
We published our 2026 product roadmap this week. The priorities were shaped by direct patient and clinic feedback — telemedicine, cross-border sharing and expanded AI capabilities are the top three requests. We're listening, and we're building.
