Looms has connected its 250th clinic, reaching this milestone eighteen months after our public launch. The network now spans primary care, specialist clinics, diagnostics, allied health and dental across the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Kuwait.
The range of our clinics
No two clinics use Looms the same way. A solo GP in Abu Dhabi uses it primarily for appointment management and prescription issuance. A multi-specialty oncology center in Riyadh uses the full suite — patient journey tools, installment payment plans, clinical recalls and the complete document template library. A dialysis center in Kuwait City relies on it primarily for recurring appointment series and medication tracking.
This diversity is not a design challenge — it's a feature. Looms is built to be modular, so clinics can adopt what they need and ignore what they don't.
Growing with our clinics
The features built in the past year — Finance, Marketing Suite, Staff Scheduling, Inventory Management — came directly from the feedback of clinics in the 50-to-200 range. As we pass 250 and approach 500, the requests are evolving: telemedicine, cross-clinic patient networks and advanced analytics. We're building them.
