Our product roadmap for the year ahead reflects the feedback we've received from over a million patients and hundreds of clinic administrators — and our own view of where the biggest opportunities lie to improve health outcomes across the region.
Telemedicine integration
Video consultations, integrated directly into the Looms appointment booking flow, with pre-visit AI summaries and post-visit note capture. Targeted for Q1 2026.
Cross-border record sharing
A patient moving between UAE and Saudi Arabia should be able to share their full verified health record with a new provider in minutes. Cross-border sharing, with consent management and data residency compliance, is planned for Q2 2026.
Expanded AI capabilities
AI analysis will expand to include discharge summaries, specialist letters and clinical notes — not just lab results and radiology reports. We are also building a personalised health risk assessment tool that draws on your full record history to identify patterns that warrant discussion with your doctor.
New markets
We plan to launch in at least two additional markets in 2026. Qatar and Oman are currently in regulatory review. We will announce confirmed launch dates as they are confirmed.
