2025 starts with Looms in a stronger position than at any point since we launched. We're entering the year with a team that's more than doubled, a product roadmap that reflects 18 months of real patient and clinic feedback, and two new markets opening before Q2.
Platform updates at launch
Several significant platform updates are shipping today:
- Redesigned home screen with a personalised health snapshot based on your most recent records and vitals
- Improved notification system with urgency tiering and quiet hours respect
- Expanded AI analysis covering prescription drug information and health certificate authenticity
- New clinic search with specialty, location, language and availability filters
- Performance improvements reducing load time by an average of 40% across all pages
New markets: Saudi Arabia and Kuwait
Looms will officially launch in Saudi Arabia in April 2025 and in Kuwait in December 2025. Both markets are in the regulatory approval and clinic partnership phase now. Waitlists for both markets are open at looms.app.
What we're building in 2025
The full 2025 roadmap includes telemedicine, installment payment plans, clinic marketing tools, staff scheduling, inventory management and the Finance module. Most of these features were requested directly by clinics that have been with us since 2024. We're committed to building them well, not fast.
