Eight months after public launch, Looms has connected its 100th clinic — a milestone that, frankly, we expected to take longer. The pace of clinic adoption in the UAE has exceeded our projections, driven largely by word of mouth between clinic owners and the visible operational improvements experienced by early adopters.
The clinics that got us here
Our first 100 clinics span an impressive range: solo GP clinics in Sharjah, multi-specialty outpatient centers in Dubai Healthcare City, a dental group in Abu Dhabi, physiotherapy and sports medicine clinics in Dubai Marina, and a specialist dermatology clinic that has been with us since our first week.
What they share is a willingness to try something new and a genuine commitment to improving how their patients experience record management. We are deeply grateful to all of them.
What's driving adoption
In our onboarding interviews, three factors come up consistently: the time saved on administrative tasks (average: 2.5 hours per week per staff member), the reduction in patient queries about record access and the competitive advantage of being able to tell patients 'you can see all your records and test results immediately in the Looms app'.
The road to 500
With 100 clinics and counting, our focus shifts to ensuring that every clinic in the network gets the full value of the platform — through better onboarding support, expanded training resources and the product improvements that come from listening to a larger, more diverse clinic community.
