Looms is now available in Kuwait, making it the third GCC market where clinics and patients can access the full platform. Kuwait has a highly educated, digitally connected population and a healthcare system that has been actively investing in digital transformation — conditions that make it a natural fit for what Looms does.
What's available at launch
The full Looms platform is available from day one — patient records, QR-verified document issuance, AI analysis, appointment booking, medication management, care messaging and clinic analytics. Arabic language support is available across the entire platform.
Data for Kuwait-based users is stored within the GCC data residency zone in compliance with Kuwait's personal data protection framework.
Our first Kuwait clinic partners
We are launching with ten founding clinic partners in Kuwait City, spanning primary care, dermatology, dentistry and physiotherapy. These clinics will be identified in the app with a 'Founding Partner' badge throughout 2025.

Patients and clinics in Kuwait can register at looms.app. Arabic and English support is available from day one, with a dedicated Kuwait onboarding team reachable via the in-app support channel.
