The Looms Health Score has been updated with a significantly improved algorithm that draws on more of your health data to produce a more accurate and actionable picture of your current wellbeing. The previous version scored primarily on record completeness. The new version scores on health outcomes.
What the new score factors in
The updated Health Score considers six categories of data, each weighted by clinical relevance:
- Vitals trends: blood pressure, glucose, BMI and heart rate over the past 90 days
- Medication adherence: streak consistency for prescribed medications
- Preventive care: up-to-date screenings, vaccinations and annual check-ups
- AI findings: risk flags identified from uploaded records
- Chronic condition management: stability indicators for diagnosed conditions
- Health goals: progress against goals you have set in the app
How to improve your score
The Health Score page now includes a personalised recommendations panel explaining which factors are currently lowering your score and what you can do about each one. Recommendations are grounded in your actual data — not generic advice.
Sharing with your doctor
Your Health Score trend chart can be exported as a one-page PDF and shared with your doctor at your next appointment. Many patients find it useful as a conversation starter, particularly for annual reviews.
