Health is rarely managed alone. A parent monitors their child's vaccination schedule. An adult child tracks their elderly parent's medications. A caregiver manages the chronic conditions of multiple family members. Until now, Looms was designed for individual patients. Family Hub changes that — bringing the full capabilities of the platform to the whole family in one account.
Adding family members
From the Family Hub section, you can add family members in two ways: invite an existing Looms user to link their account to your family group, or create a managed profile for a family member who doesn't have their own account — useful for children and elderly relatives.
Each family member's data is private by default. The account holder can see a health summary but not detailed clinical records without the member's explicit permission.
What you can track
For each connected family member, Family Hub provides a consolidated view of their active medications and dose reminders, vaccination records with upcoming due dates, diagnosed conditions and ongoing management notes, and health reminders set by a doctor or the patient themselves.
The caregiving use case
Family Hub was designed with caregivers in mind. Whether you're managing the health of a parent with multiple chronic conditions or ensuring your children's vaccinations are up to date, the hub gives you a single organised view rather than multiple separate apps or paper records.
