Family Hub has been significantly upgraded. Where the previous version supported up to four family members, the updated platform now accommodates up to eight — making it practical for extended families and multigenerational households where one person manages health across generations.

What you can track for each member

For each family member you add, you can maintain a complete health profile covering active medications and dose schedules, vaccination history with due date alerts, diagnosed conditions and chronic disease notes, and upcoming appointment reminders.

  • Medications with dose times and streak tracking
  • Vaccination records and next-due alerts
  • Diagnosed conditions and management notes
  • Health reminders and follow-up nudges

Privacy by design

Each family member's records remain private by default. The account holder can view a health summary for each member but cannot access detailed clinical notes unless the member explicitly shares them. Adult members retain full control over their own data.

This design is particularly relevant for families where elderly parents or young adults prefer privacy while still benefiting from a family member's administrative support.

How to get started

Open the Family Hub section in your Looms account, tap 'Add member', and invite them by email or phone number. Existing Looms users can accept the invitation and link their account. For members without a Looms account, you can create a managed profile on their behalf.
