Looms has been awarded the Best Digital Health Platform prize at the 2025 Bahrain HealthTech Awards, presented at the annual Bahrain HealthTech Summit in Manama. The award recognises platforms that have demonstrably improved patient outcomes and healthcare operational efficiency across the MENA region.
The judging criteria
The Bahrain HealthTech Awards are judged by a panel of regional healthcare executives, clinical professionals and patient advocates. Platforms are scored on five dimensions: clinical impact, patient experience, data security, scalability and innovation.
Looms scored highest in clinical impact and patient experience — reflecting the work we've done to make health data genuinely useful to the people it belongs to, not just the institutions that generate it.
What the award means to us
Awards matter when they reflect real impact. The Bahrain HealthTech judging process included patient outcome data, clinic administrator interviews and a technical security review — it wasn't a popularity contest. Being recognised through that process tells us we're building something that works.
