Generic health advice — exercise more, eat less sugar, reduce stress — is everywhere and largely ignored. The reason it's ignored is that it's generic. The Ask Looms Health Recommendations feature is different: every suggestion it makes is grounded in your actual health data, drawn from your records, vitals and lab results.
How recommendations are generated
The AI analyses patterns in your health data and cross-references them with clinical guidelines to identify personalised, actionable observations. If your blood pressure readings over the past three months show an upward trend, you'll see a recommendation to discuss this with your doctor — not a generic 'watch your salt intake' reminder.
Recommendations are tiered by urgency: green for general wellness, amber for observations worth discussing at your next routine appointment, and red for findings that warrant a prompt medical consultation.
What recommendations cover
At launch, recommendations cover lab result trends, vitals monitoring, medication adherence gaps, overdue preventive screenings and lifestyle observations derived from connected wearable data.
Clinical oversight
Every recommendation is generated from clinical guidelines reviewed by the Looms medical advisory board. The AI never makes a diagnostic claim. All recommendations are framed as observations to discuss with your healthcare provider — not instructions to follow independently.
