Your health profile is a structured summary of the most important facts about your health — information that a doctor, nurse or paramedic would want to know immediately if they were treating you for the first time.

What your health profile contains

  • Blood type — essential in emergencies; enter A, B, AB or O with Rh factor
  • Known allergies — list each allergen and the type of reaction (anaphylaxis, rash, GI)
  • Known diagnoses — your active medical conditions
  • Organ donor status — your preference for organ donation
  • Height and weight — used to calculate BMI and track changes over time
  • Emergency contact — name and phone number of someone to call in an emergency

Who can see your health profile

Your profile is shared with medical centres you connect with on Looms. It appears on your patient card when a centre views your record. You can control which centres have access by managing your connections in the Connected Centres section.

Your profile is not publicly visible. Only connected and verified medical centres can view it, and only while the connection is active.
