After your appointment, the centre may take several actions that you'll see reflected in your Looms account. Here's what to look out for.
Documents issued after a visit
- Medical report — a clinical summary of the visit; check the Diagnoses and Next steps sections
- Prescription — any new medications prescribed appear in your Prescriptions section immediately
- Referral letter — if you've been referred to another specialist, a copy may be issued to your account
- Lab requests — the centre may attach ordered tests; you'll see these in your Records
- Sick leave certificate — if issued, it appears in your Records with the centre's verification mark
Following up
Check your Looms account within 24–48 hours of your visit. If you were told to expect a document and it hasn't arrived after a week, contact the centre directly — documents aren't always issued the same day.
Review any follow-up appointments mentioned in the medical report and add them to your calendar. Set up any new medication reminders for prescriptions issued at the visit.
