In Looms, a 'record' is any health-related document attached to your account. The platform categorises records by type so you and your providers can find and filter them quickly.

Record types in Looms

  • Lab result — blood tests, urine tests, cultures, biopsies
  • Radiology — X-rays, MRI, CT, ultrasound reports and images
  • Medical report — clinical notes, discharge summaries, specialist letters
  • Prescription — medication prescriptions issued by a connected centre
  • Sick leave certificate — certificates issued by a centre or uploaded by you
  • Vaccination record — immunisation history
  • Other — any health-related document that doesn't fit the above categories

Self-uploaded vs centre-issued records

You can upload any of these record types yourself from paper or digital copies. Records issued directly by a connected centre are marked with that centre's badge so you can distinguish verified, centre-issued documents from self-uploaded ones. Both types are fully searchable and shareable.
