The Vitals Journal is where you log home measurements and track them over time. You can record blood pressure, heart rate, blood glucose, weight, body temperature and blood oxygen saturation (SpO2). Each reading is plotted on a chart so trends are immediately visible.

Logging a reading

  • Go to Vitals Journal in the navigation
  • Tap Log reading and choose the vital type
  • Enter the value(s) and confirm the time
  • Add a note if the reading was taken in unusual circumstances (e.g. after exercise)

Understanding the charts

Each vital type has its own chart showing all readings over your selected time range — 7 days, 30 days or 90 days. The chart includes a reference band showing the normal range for that measurement. Readings outside the band are shown in a different colour to make them easy to spot.

Tips for accurate readings

  • For blood pressure: sit quietly for five minutes first, keep the cuff at heart level, take two readings one minute apart and log the average
  • For blood glucose: note whether readings are fasting or post-meal — the normal range is different
  • For weight: weigh yourself at the same time each day, ideally in the morning before eating
  • Add a note any time you think a reading might be off — it helps you interpret the chart later

Sharing vitals with your doctor

The Vitals Journal can generate a 30-day or 90-day summary that you can share with your doctor before an appointment. Open the chart for any vital and tap Export to get a printable summary.
