Each family member in your hub has a health summary — a snapshot of their most important health information in one view.
What the summary includes
- Active medications — from non-expired prescriptions
- Known allergies — listed from their health profile
- Upcoming appointments — the next scheduled visit
- Recent lab findings — any abnormal results from recent uploads
- Active conditions — recorded diagnoses
- Last vitals recorded — most recent weight, blood pressure or other logged readings
Accessing the summary
Open Family Hub and tap the family member's name. Their health summary appears at the top of their profile. Tap any card to dive into the full section — for example, tap the medications card to see their complete medication list.
Keeping it current
The health summary reflects the data you've added to their profile. After each appointment or prescription change, update their medications and records so the summary remains accurate and useful.
