Some medical centers on Looms offer care memberships and prepaid care packages — fixed-price arrangements that give you access to a defined set of services. As a patient, joining a membership is done directly through Looms.
Finding a center that offers memberships
When you visit a center's profile on Looms (from the book or browse screens), any memberships they offer appear under a Memberships or Plans section. Each membership shows what's included, the price and the billing cycle.
Joining a membership or package
- Open the center's profile and tap the membership you're interested in
- Review what's included and the terms
- Tap Join or Purchase
- Complete payment via the Looms checkout — memberships are paid by card through a secure checkout page
- Once confirmed, the membership appears in your account under Memberships
Checking your balance and included services
Open Memberships from the sidebar or profile menu. Select the active membership to see your balance — how many sessions or how much credit remains — and the full list of included services.
When you book an appointment at that center for a service covered by your membership, the system automatically applies the membership and deducts from your balance.
Payment plans
For larger treatment plans, some centers offer installment-based payment plans instead of a single upfront charge. If a payment plan is available for a particular service, you'll see it as an option at the payment step. Each installment is charged on schedule via the card you registered.
If a service isn't covered
If you book a service that isn't included in your membership, you'll be prompted to pay separately. The membership balance is only deducted for the specific services listed under that plan.
