Understanding your health score

Your health score is a simple signal at the top of your account that gives you a sense of how complete and up to date your health picture is. It's designed to nudge, not to diagnose.

What it is

The score is a number from 0 to 100 built from two things: how complete your health profile is, and any findings surfaced from AI analysis of your records. A higher score generally means your profile is filled in and nothing significant is flagged for review.

What it isn't

The health score is directional, not clinical. A lower number doesn't mean something is wrong with your health — usually it just means there are profile fields to complete or findings worth a look. Never treat the score as a medical assessment or a substitute for your doctor's judgement.

How to improve it

  • Complete your health profile — blood type, allergies, emergency contact and more
  • Upload your key records so your history is represented
  • Review any findings the score is pointing you toward
  • Keep your information current as things change

Where to find it

Open the Health Score section to see your number and what's contributing to it. It draws on the same profile and records you manage elsewhere, so improvements you make — like filling in your profile — are reflected there.
