Understanding your AI-generated health report

Your health report is an AI-generated document that brings together your medical history, current medications, recent lab results and key clinical findings into a single, readable summary. It's distinct from the real-time AI health overview — the report is a more formal, printable document designed to accompany you to appointments or be shared with a new provider.

How to generate your health report

Open Health Report from the sidebar or from the Dashboard. Tap Generate Report. The process reads your uploaded records and produces a structured document. Allow 20–40 seconds — the report covers more ground than the quick overview.

Newly uploaded records are included if you regenerate the report. It's worth updating the report before a significant appointment.

What the report contains

  • Patient summary — name, date of birth, blood type, known allergies
  • Active conditions — a structured list of your known or recorded diagnoses
  • Current medications — with doses and prescribing clinic where available
  • Recent lab results — key values with dates and reference ranges
  • Radiology and imaging — summaries of significant reports
  • AI findings — patterns or flags identified across your records
  • Recommendations — suggested actions or follow-ups the AI identifies

How the health report differs from the AI overview

The AI health overview is a quick, conversational snapshot — designed for your own understanding of where things stand today. The health report is a more structured document, formatted to be useful in a clinical context. It includes references to specific records and results, formatted in a way that clinicians recognise.

Printing and sharing

Tap Print or Download PDF from the report screen to save or print a copy. The PDF is clearly labelled as AI-generated from patient-uploaded records so any provider who receives it understands its source.

You can also generate a secure share link from the report screen — useful for sending to a specialist in advance of an appointment.

Important notes

The health report reflects only what's in your Looms account. Information held by clinics, hospitals or other platforms that hasn't been uploaded won't appear. The report is also not a substitute for clinical assessment — use it as a conversation-starter with your provider, not a conclusion.
