Your AI health overview is a structured, on-demand summary of your health — generated from your own Looms records. It's designed to give you a clear picture of where things stand, help you spot patterns across different parts of your record, and prepare you for conversations with your doctor.
How to generate your overview
Open the Health Overview section from the Dashboard or the sidebar. Tap Generate Overview. Looms reads your uploaded records — lab results, prescriptions, vitals, medical reports — and produces a structured summary. The process typically takes 15–30 seconds.
You can regenerate the overview at any time. Each generation reflects your records as they stand at that moment, so adding new documents before generating gives you a more complete picture.
What the overview contains
- A plain-language narrative summary of your current health status
- Key findings — values or patterns that stand out and may be worth discussing
- A vitals chart showing your recent measurements (if you've logged vitals)
- Active medications and any AI-flagged drug interactions or concerns
- Upcoming considerations — screenings or follow-ups the AI identifies as potentially due
What the overview is based on
The overview draws only from records in your Looms account. It has no access to information held by clinics, health systems or other platforms unless you've uploaded those documents to Looms. The more complete your record, the more complete the overview.
Important limits
The AI health overview is informational, not clinical. It identifies patterns and flags things worth attention — it does not diagnose conditions or recommend specific treatments. All outputs are clearly labelled as generated by AI and should be discussed with your healthcare provider.
A finding in your overview is a prompt for a conversation, not a cause for alarm. If something in the overview concerns you, bring it to your next appointment.
Sharing your overview
Tap Share or Print from the overview screen to generate a PDF you can send to a provider or bring to an appointment. The PDF includes a note that it is AI-generated from patient-uploaded records.
