Storing vaccination records for your family

Vaccination records for a whole family are easy to scatter and hard to find the moment a school, travel clinic or new doctor asks for them. The Looms Family Hub keeps each person's history in one place, ready when you need it.

Keeping a record per person

In the Family Hub you can hold a separate profile for each child or dependant you care for, so one person's vaccinations never get mixed up with another's. Each profile keeps that individual's health details together.

Adding vaccinations

  • Open the family member's profile
  • Add each vaccine with the date it was given
  • Attach a photo or scan of the certificate or card where you have one
  • Keep the series up to date as new doses are given

Ready when it's asked for

Schools, universities, travel and some jobs all ask for proof at short notice. With everything stored per person, you can find and produce the right record quickly instead of hunting through drawers for a faded card.

Share only what's needed

When someone needs to see a record, you can share specific documents with a time-limited link rather than handing over a whole profile. You stay in control of who sees what, and for how long.
