When a medical center completes a visit, they can add notes, a diagnosis summary and discharge instructions. These appear in your Visits section alongside the appointment record.
Finding a past visit
- Open Appointments and switch to the Past tab
- Select any completed appointment to see the visit summary
- Discharge summaries, if added by the center, are listed below the visit details
Discharge summaries
A discharge summary from a hospital or clinic stay contains the diagnosis, treatments received, medications prescribed and any follow-up instructions. If one was issued through Looms, it appears automatically on your account. If you received a paper summary, you can photograph and upload it as a record.
