Viewing who has accessed your records

Looms logs every time a connected medical centre views your records. This audit trail lets you see exactly who has accessed your health information and when — giving you full transparency and control.

How to view the audit log

Go to Settings → Privacy → Record access log. Each entry shows the name of the centre, the date and time of access, and which records were viewed. The log is read-only and cannot be deleted by you or the centre — it's a permanent record of access for your protection.

What to do if you see unexpected access

If you see a centre in the access log that you don't recognise or that you no longer want to have access to your records, go to Connected Centres and revoke their access. Revoking access immediately removes their ability to view your records — existing views are logged but future access is blocked.

If you suspect unauthorised access, contact Looms support immediately. Include the date, time and centre name from the audit log.
