Understanding your Dashboard

The Dashboard is the first thing you see when you sign in. It brings together the most important signals from across your account — upcoming appointments, recent lab findings, active medications and more — so you don't have to visit every section to stay on top of things.

Profile score

Your profile score is a simple 0–100 indicator calculated from how complete your health profile is and any AI analysis findings. It's a directional guide, not a clinical metric — a lower score just means there are fields to fill in or findings worth reviewing, not that something is seriously wrong.

What the cards show

  • Upcoming appointments — your next scheduled visit and the time remaining
  • Active medications — medications from non-expired prescriptions
  • Recent lab findings — any abnormal or critical values from recent results
  • Health tips — personalised suggestions based on your records
  • Quick actions — shortcuts to the most common tasks

Customising your Dashboard

You can reorder the cards on your Dashboard to match how you use Looms. Open the customise menu (the grid icon at the top right of the Dashboard) and drag cards into the order that works for you. Cards for sections with no data are automatically hidden until you add content.
