The Messages section lets you communicate securely with any medical center you follow. All messages stay within Looms — no phone calls, no tracking down the right email address.
Starting a conversation
- Open Messages from the navigation sidebar
- Select the center you want to message
- Type your message and send
- The center's staff will reply in the same thread
What you can use Messages for
- Asking a question about an upcoming appointment
- Requesting a prescription refill or referral
- Sending a document or photo to the center
- Following up on a test result or visit note
- Asking for a reschedule when there isn't a suitable open slot
Response times
Response times depend on the individual center. Messages is not a channel for medical emergencies — if you need urgent medical attention, call the center directly or go to your nearest emergency department.
