Every time you sign in to Looms, a session is created. Sessions last up to 30 days before they expire automatically. If you've signed in from multiple devices or browsers, each creates a separate session.
Viewing active sessions
- Open Settings and go to the Security section
- Active sessions shows each signed-in device with an approximate location and the date it was created
- Your current session is labeled This device
Revoking a session
- Find the session you want to remove and tap Revoke
- That session is immediately invalidated — whoever is using it will be signed out
- Useful if you forgot to sign out on a shared computer or lost a device
Sign out all sessions at once
If you think your account may have been accessed without your permission, change your password immediately. Changing your password automatically revokes all active sessions — including the current one — so you'll need to sign in again on all your devices.
Good security habits
- Check active sessions occasionally, especially if you use Looms on shared or public devices
- Use a strong, unique password — a password manager makes this easy
- Sign out explicitly on any device you don't own or trust
- If you see a session from a location you don't recognise, change your password immediately
