You can update your Looms password at any time from your account settings. It's good practice to change your password if you suspect it's been compromised or if you've used the same password elsewhere.
How to change your password
- Open Settings → Security
- Tap Change password
- Enter your current password
- Enter and confirm your new password
- Tap Save
Password requirements
- Minimum 8 characters
- At least one uppercase letter, one number and one special character
- Cannot be the same as your last three passwords
What happens after changing
Your current session remains active. Other active sessions (on other devices) are not automatically revoked — if you believe other sessions may be compromised, go to Security → Active sessions and sign out all devices immediately after changing your password.
