If a centre has no available slots for your preferred date or service, you can join the waitlist. Looms monitors the centre's availability and notifies you as soon as a matching slot opens.
Joining the waitlist
- Search for the centre and service you want
- If no slots are available, tap Join waitlist
- Select your preferred date range and time of day
- Confirm — you're added to the queue
When a slot becomes available
When a slot opens that matches your preferences, you'll receive a push notification and an in-app alert. The slot is held briefly — typically 15–30 minutes — while you decide. Tap Accept to book, or Decline to stay on the waitlist for the next opening.
You can be on multiple waitlists at once. If you book an appointment through another route, remember to leave any waitlists you no longer need — this keeps slots available for others.
