Any record stored in your Looms account can be downloaded as a PDF — whether it was uploaded by you or issued by a medical centre. Here's how to do it.
Downloading a single record
- Open the record you want to download
- Tap the three-dot menu (top right) and select Download or Print
- Choose Save as PDF from the options
- The PDF will save to your device's downloads folder
Exporting your full history
To download a complete archive of all your records, go to Settings → Privacy → Export my data. Looms will prepare a ZIP file containing all your records in PDF format, along with a structured data export of your health profile, medications and vitals. This export is available within 48 hours and you'll receive a notification when it's ready.
Tips for sharing with a doctor
If you're sharing a record electronically with a doctor's office, the PDF download is the most universally compatible format. If the centre is connected to Looms, you can also share access directly from the Connected Centres screen — no download needed.
