Verified medical centers can issue documents directly into your Looms account — medical reports, radiology images, prescriptions, sick-leave certificates and more. These appear in the relevant section of your account automatically and carry a verified badge and QR code.

How to tell a clinic-issued document from your own uploads

  • Clinic-issued documents display the issuing center's name and logo
  • They carry a Verified badge and a QR code for third-party authentication
  • They cannot be edited, only viewed — this protects their integrity
  • They appear in the Issued by clinic section of each relevant page

Verifying an issued document

Anyone — a pharmacist, an employer, an insurance company — can verify an issued document by scanning its QR code or visiting the Verify page and entering the token. Verification confirms the document is authentic and unaltered without revealing any other information about your account.

What to do if a document is incorrect

If a clinic-issued document contains an error, contact the issuing center directly. They can void the incorrect document and reissue a corrected version. The voided document will no longer pass verification, and the corrected one will appear in your account.
