Appointments in Looms work through medical centers. You first follow a center (like subscribing to their practice), and once you're connected you can book appointments during their available slots.
Follow a center
- Go to Centers in the navigation
- Search by name or browse the list
- Tap Follow on the center's profile
- The center will typically accept your follow request — you'll be notified when they do
Book an appointment
- Open Appointments and choose New appointment
- Select the center you want to visit
- Pick a date and time from their available slots
- Add a reason for the visit (optional but helpful)
- Confirm the booking
Managing your appointments
Your upcoming appointments appear on the Dashboard and in the Appointments section. You can view details, prepare for an appointment, or cancel from the appointment card.
