The Family Hub in Looms lets you manage health profiles for dependants — children, elderly parents or anyone you're responsible for. Each profile is separate and private from your own.
Creating a family member profile
- Open Family Hub from the sidebar
- Tap Add family member
- Enter their name, date of birth, biological sex and relationship to you
- Add their health profile details — blood type, allergies, known conditions
- Save
What you can do from a family member's profile
- Upload and manage their records
- Log their vitals and medications
- Book appointments on their behalf at connected centres
- Share their records with a connected medical centre
- View their Emergency Card
Privacy and access
Family member profiles are accessible only through your account. They cannot log in themselves — this feature is designed for dependants who cannot independently manage their own health records. If you want to share management with another carer, contact Looms support for guidance on account linking.
