Results trapped in one clinic's portal, prescriptions on paper, scans on a disc no one could open. Looms began with a simple question: why is your own health history the hardest thing to get your hands on?

We set out to weave every prescription, lab result, scan and visit into a single timeline — then taught AI to explain it in plain language and gave every document a QR code anyone could trust.
